Ephrem Dawit Tilahun
Small business mentor, Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Hawassa Learning Hub
- 2001 to 2013
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ephrem: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2021. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lahore.
