Endale Ephrem Hailemariam
Mentor in teaching and software
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Baobab Foundation
- 2000 to 2013
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Baobab Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Endale
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
