I'm a mentor in software. I've spent my career as an accountant and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Emmanuel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Emmanuel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
