Emma S. Carrillo
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Corpus Christi, Texas, United States
- Kilimanjaro Trades Guild
- 2004 to 2014
- English
I've worked in carpentry from 2004 to 2014. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 480 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Emma
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
