Emily T. Barnes
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States
- The New York Shop
- 1979 to 2011
- English
I'm a welding specialist. If you live around New York, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Emily
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Emily: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
