Emilia W. Douglas
Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
- The Sunrise Workshop
- Since 1998
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Albany, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
More about Emilia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Emilia: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
