Helping people break into teaching
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- 1984 to 2014
- English
For 30 years I've mentored people in teaching and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Elsa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
