I've coached netball at Makassar Bamboo Football Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You coached me in 2022. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Cape Coast.
