I've been a nurse for 20 years, most of them in surgery at Nuremberg Community Hospital in Nuremberg. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of care
What gifts mean to Elke: A gift would go toward blankets and small comforts for patients without family.
