I've been a nurse for 34 years, most of them in pediatrics at Atlas Regional Medical Center in Wiesbaden. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
