Master of baking, now teaching apprentices

I'm a baking specialist. If you live around İzmir, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Elif
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
