Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- The Fresno Shop
- 1996 to 2014
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking from 1996 to 2014. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
