Elena W. Galang
Mentor in first-generation students and farming
- 🇵🇭 San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines

For 46 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Elena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
