Elena P. Juarez
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Lansing, Michigan, United States
- Phoenix Workshop
- Since 1983
- English
I've worked in pottery since 1983. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,380 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Elena
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Elena: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
