Elena B. Lara
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- Sacramento Works
- Since 1985
- English, Spanish
My trade is carpentry. I opened my own shop in 1985 in Sacramento and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Elena
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
