Elaine Márcia Bezerra
Volunteer mentor with Campinas Foundation
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Campinas Foundation
- 1987 to 2008
- Portuguese
For 21 years I've mentored people in engineering and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
