Elaine Ingrid Gonçalves
Nursing mentor, Ribeirão Preto
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Ribeirão Preto Foundation
- 1991 to 2000
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Ribeirão Preto Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
