Eimear MacKenna
Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Dublin Foundation
- 2004 to 2019
- English
For 15 years I've mentored people in farming and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Eimear
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
