Diarmuid Burns
Leadership mentor, Cork
- 🇮🇪 Cork, Munster, Ireland
- Cork Learning Hub
- 1978 to 2006
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Cork Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Diarmuid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
