Ruairi Flynn
Volunteer mentor with Unity Association
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland

For 47 years I've mentored people in nursing and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ruairi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first nursing job in 2025. I still have your notes! Greetings from London.
