Edward Theophilus Baah
Mentor in trades and careers
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Accra Association
- 1998 to 2011
- English
For 13 years I've mentored people in trades and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Edward
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
