Eduardo S. Vargas
Engineering mentor, Barranquilla
- 🇨🇴 Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
- Since 2017
- Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through St. Anne's Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
