I teach economics at Istanbul Polytechnic since 1989, and supervised 52 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ebru
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Ebru: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
