I coached hockey at Birmingham Gateway Football Club from 2014 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Dylan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
