Dwi Bambang Budiman
Mentor in first-generation students and farming
- 🇮🇩 Bogor, West Java, Indonesia
- Bogor Community Trust
- 1981 to 1999
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Bogor Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Dwi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
