I coached boxing at London Meadowbank Football Club from 1985 to 1997. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Dustin
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Dustin: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
