Durga Ganga Aryal
Helping people break into writing
- 🇳🇵 Pokhara, Gandaki, Nepal
- Windsor Mentoring Circle
- Since 1986
- English, Nepali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 960 people through Windsor Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Durga
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Durga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
