I've spent ten years as a lecturer in public health at Cairo College in Cairo. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
