I've spent eleven years as a lecturer in marine biology at Moscow Polytechnic in Moscow. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bank clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Dr. Kovalev: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
