Dr. Freitas
Marine biology lecturer, Since 1980
- 🇧🇷 Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Since 1980

My subject is marine biology, and for 46 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Juiz de Fora College.
My door was open at lunch. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Dr. Freitas
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Freitas: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
