My subject is education, and for 44 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Kingsway Institute of Technology.
Former students now work as a bank clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Dr. Duran
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Duran: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
