Helping people break into trades
- 🇷🇴 Timișoara, Timiș, Romania
- Timișoara Association
- 2002 to 2015
- English, Romanian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 730 people through Timișoara Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
