My trade is bicycle repair. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Sacramento and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Dong
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
