Dipa Maya Karki
Mentor in design and entrepreneurship
- 🇳🇵 Pokhara, Gandaki, Nepal
- Kilimanjaro Association
- Since 1998
- English, Nepali
For 28 years I've mentored people in design and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dipa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dipa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
