Dinusha Hasini Jayawardena
Retired French teacher from Good Shepherd Girls' School
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Good Shepherd Girls' School
- 1981 to 2018
- English
I taught French and economics at Good Shepherd Girls' School, Colombo. I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Dinusha
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Dinusha: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me French in 1996 at Good Shepherd Girls' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won!
