Dilshan Perera
Mentor in teaching and careers
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- St. Mary's Mentoring Circle
- Since 1993
- English, Sinhala
For 33 years I've mentored people in teaching and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
