I'm a cycling coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,920 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Dieter
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Dieter: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
