Helping people break into first-generation students

🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
Hồ Chí Minh City Foundation
1983 to 2016
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,350 people through Hồ Chí Minh City Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Diệp

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
