For 31 years I ran the boxing program at Stonebridge Football Club in Spanish Town. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Desmond
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Desmond: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
