Dermot Kenny
Mentor in careers and law school
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Since 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 240 people through Harmony Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Dermot
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
