Dennis Byaruhanga Tembo
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Little Kisumu Studio
- Since 2013
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 2013 at Little Kisumu Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the sea. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Dennis
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
