I coached tennis at Biratnagar Community Club from 1995 to 2020. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Deepak
If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Deepak: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
