Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇩 Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Magelang Foundation
- Since 1991
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,860 people through Magelang Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Dedi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
