Declan Healy

Helping people break into design

  • 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
  • Queensway Community Trust
  • Since 2004
  • English
For 22 years I've mentored people in design and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar. I'm still learning every day.

More about Declan

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
