For 28 years I've mentored people in farming and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Davi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
