I've coached chess at Tlaquepaque Athletic Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Daniel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Daniel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
