Baking for 41 years in Dallas
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- Old Summit Repairs
- Since 1985
- English
I've worked in baking since 1985. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 2,170 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
More about Daniel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
