Dagmawit Netsanet Melaku
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Addis Ababa Studio
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Old Addis Ababa Studio
- Since 1979
- English, Amharic
I work mostly in photography, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1979 at Old Addis Ababa Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Dagmawit: Any gift helps me keep the free Saturday class running.
