Dagmawit Helen Tesfaye
Volunteer mentor with Phoenix Youth Network
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Phoenix Youth Network
- Since 1991
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Phoenix Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dagmawit: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
