Cristian M. Macías
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Community Trust
- 2012 to 2025
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Madrid Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
